What we collect
When you inquire, call, or text us, we may collect:
- Name, company, work email, and phone number you give us
- The content of your inquiry, call recording or transcript, and SMS thread
- Technical logs needed to deliver the message (carrier metadata, timestamps)
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, provide customer care, operate our products (including Aeris), and keep records we need for support and security. We do not use this number for marketing campaigns.
SMS and mobile information
Support texts come from +1 (557) 200-0364. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase. Carriers and our messaging provider (Telnyx) process messages only to deliver them.
Sharing
We share personal information with service providers who process it for us (hosting, email, voice and SMS delivery) under contract, or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep support conversations and call records for as long as we need them to resolve your request and meet legal or security obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
