Privacy policy

Cseris Technologies LLC (“Cseris,” “we”) explains here how we handle personal information, including phone numbers used for customer-care SMS and Aeris account alerts.

What we collect

When you inquire, call, text us, or use Aeris, we may collect:

• Name, company, work email, and phone number you give us
• The content of your inquiry, call recording or transcript, and SMS thread
• Technical logs needed to deliver the message (carrier metadata, timestamps)
• The mobile number an Aeris user adds in Settings → Notifications, and their SMS opt-in choices, if they turn on Client Connect text alerts
• A record of SMS consent: the number, when you opted in or out, and how (in-app switch, STOP, or START reply)

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, provide customer care, operate our products (including Aeris), and keep records we need for support and security. If you turn on Client Connect text alerts in Aeris, we use your mobile number only to send the alerts you chose. We do not use either SMS number for marketing campaigns.

SMS and mobile information

Support texts come from +1 (557) 200-0364. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Client Connect account alerts for users of Aeris, a product of Cseris Technologies, come from +1 (314) 343-1347. We send them only to users who turn on SMS in Aeris Settings → Notifications. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchase. Carriers and our messaging provider (Telnyx) process messages only to deliver them. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sharing

We share personal information with service providers who process it for us (hosting, email, voice and SMS delivery) under contract, or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

All of the above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. We don't share that information with any third parties, except the carriers and messaging provider that deliver your texts.

Retention

We keep support conversations and call records for as long as we need them to resolve your request and meet legal or security obligations, then delete or de-identify them. We keep SMS consent and opt-out records for as long as the law requires, so we can honor your choice and show that you agreed.

Your choices

• Text STOP to +1 (557) 200-0364 to leave SMS
• Text STOP to +1 (314) 343-1347, or turn off SMS in Aeris Settings → Notifications, to stop Client Connect alerts
• Email josh@cseristechnologies.com to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you
