How an engagement runs.

Most engagements start with a fixed-scope discovery so you can validate fit before committing to a longer build. We're deliberately small — the people you meet in week one are the people doing the work.

STEP 01

Discovery

Two-week paid sprint. We map the data sources, talk to the people closest to the decisions, and produce a written diagnosis with a concrete proposal.

STEP 02

Build

Pipelines, models, and surfaces shipped in weekly increments. You see real numbers on real dashboards from week two — not a six-month black box.

STEP 03

Handover

Documentation, runbooks, and a working stack your team owns. We train the people who'll maintain it; nothing is locked to a proprietary platform.

STEP 04

Support

Optional retainer for ongoing development, new dashboards, and incident response — billed transparently by the hour, capped each month.
